Job Description
What you ll do
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion Order-to-Cash (Revenue Management (RMCS),Accounts Receivable, Subscription Management) cloud applications, providing end-to-end support and resolution of issues.
- Manage and optimize configurations, develop technical components, and controls across revenue-related modules, supporting AR processes such as invoicing, collections, and cash applications.
- Collaborate with Finance and IT stakeholders to analyze issues, identify gaps translating business requirements into solution designs in Oracle Fusion applications.
- Support testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) for enhancements, new features, projects, patches, and releases.
- Implement automation or process improvements using Oracle Process Automation, Groovy scripting, or third-party RPA tools.
- Stay current on Oracle Fusion new features, assessing business impact and driving adoption
- Partner cross-functionally with integrations, security, and BI teams to ensure smooth data flows
- Use of AI-leverage emerging technologies to enhance productivity and outcomes.
What you ll bring
Required
- Strong hands-on technical expertise in at least one of the following modules Account Receivable, Revenue Management (RMCS), Subscription Management or core fusion framework
- Deep understanding of the Order-to-Cash business flow.
- Ability to write and debug SQL/PLSQL queries, build reports and work with Oracle Fusion APIs.
- Demonstrated ability to embrace AI and apply it to your current role as well as data-driven insights to drive innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement.
- 5+ years of techno-functional experience in implementing, enhancing/ supporting Oracle Fusion Financials, preferably within global enterprises.
- Experience creating BI Publisher or FRS reports and dashboards.
- Exposure to Agile environments and global cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with clear written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred
- Knowledge of other Oracle Fusion modules e.g. AP, FA, CM.
- Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware tools.
- Understanding of AI/ML applications in finance automation and insights.
- Oracle Fusion or related professional certification.
- Bachelor s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
