Responsibilities

1. Handling day to day transactions or warehouse processing (Receiving, Export Loading, Email Booking, Monitoring of Reports)

2. Handling the WCS or Warehouse Control System for order entry (Waving), releasing or wave activation, Bridge transfer, Store-in and Receiving Monitoring through WCS.

3. Conduct regular 121, Process Confirmations and WI Refresher Training with the team.

4. Regular monitoring for daily KPI on every function, validation for hourly reporting and other data report (GDOCS Report Monitoring)

5. Can communicate with customer through verbal, viber or e-mail.

Requirements

  • Education: At least a college degree; graduate-level education is an advantage

  • Experience:

    • Proven background in handling people and team management.

    • Prior exposure to system operations such as SAP or other Warehouse Management Systems.

  • Skills:

    • Strong multi-tasking capabilities.

    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Work Traits:

    • Ability to perform under pressure and in fast-paced environments.

    • Demonstrated leadership qualities with a focus on team performance and collaboration.
