Job Summary:
We are seeking an Operations Support Assistant – Solar Services with strong experience in GIS tools to support solar projects from initiation through closeout. The role focuses on QAQC coordination, production tracking, reporting, and operational support for Project Managers and daily day-to-day Backoffice support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support project setup, QAQC requirements, and production planning
• Track field progress, QAQC trends, and production metrics
• Maintain GIS/OnPath data accuracy and work order tracking
• Review DWRs, change orders, and service reports
• Generate weekly project and performance reports
• Conduct regular check‑ins with Project Managers

Required Skills:

• Strong Knowledge with GIS tools (mandatory)
• Knowledge of solar operations/field services
• Strong Excel, reporting, and data analysis skills
• Experience with OnPath or similar project management systems.
• Exposure to Solar Field Services, Solar Equipment.

• Available to work nights and weekends when needed.
