Are you a student looking for a dynamic and educational side job? As Operations Specialist / Rider Controller, you will play a crucial role in our Operations team and be the direct point of contact for our bicycle couriers.
What you'll do
Motivate and encourage: Direct our bike couriers and work with your team to ensure all deliveries run smoothly and keep our riders motivated.
Direct contact and communication between teams: keep in touch with departments such as customer service and routers to keep operations running smoothly.
Problem solving: address and resolve incidents proactive and effectively.
Ensure that riders can perform at their best: Monitor the performance of our couriers and help them grow and develop.
