Operations Officer in Leasing FI & Factoring

Our team works with both Personal and Business Customers, so from assisting personal customers to supporting businesses, you’ll work on a range of interesting tasks.
We deliver leasing services to Finnish clients while fostering close collaboration with colleagues in Finland. Your daily responsibilities will primarily include registering new agreements, facilitating asset financing, managing existing leasing contracts and payments, and handling reporting tasks.

You will
• Take care of new leasing agreements and invoices registration
• Dive into financing and administration tasks
• Handle incoming payments related to the leasing
• Work with the bank’s internal and external systems, ensuring high-quality and accurate inputs and outputs
• Maintain process quality while actively seeking opportunities to improve or automate workflows using tools like Robotics or Lean methodologies
• Take part in various initiatives and projects that drive innovation and operational excellence
• Support and contribute to process optimisation or simplification efforts to enhance overall efficiency
• Act as a trusted partner in cross-market collaboration, cultivating strong relationships to deliver seamless solutions
About you
• At least 1 year of experience in an operational or administrative/back-office role would be beneficial
• Leasing experience would be a beneficial asset
• Higher Education or final-year student
• Ability to operate effectively and deliver results in a diverse environment with shifting priorities
• Customer and detail oriented, focused on high quality and accuracy
• Team player and goal-oriented
• High collaboration and communications skills
• Proactive learner and process innovator
• Upper-Intermediate English language skills in writing, speaking, and understanding

Monthly salary range from 1440 EUR to 2160 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).

Your job function (position) in the job contract will be Officer - Service Delivery. From 1 April 2026 it will be renamed to Service Delivery under our new job architecture, with no impact on the role or responsibilities.
