This 6-month internship in Vietnam offers the opportunity to gain real industry experience, travel, and potentially open doors for long-term career development in the region.
Working within the operations team of our consumer goods quality control inspections business, you’ll contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes, aiming for operational excellence and offering innovative solutions to ensure better product quality in our clients’ supply chains.
Your Missions
- Factory Experience: Join our inspectors on-site, perform product inspections in factories, and train local teams, while optimizing organizational processes inside the factories.
- Quality Audits: Conduct internal audits to ensure our inspection SOPs are followed and client requirements are fully integrated on the ground.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve inspections through better tools (physical and IT), AI technologies, inspection protocols, training programs, data management and analysis systems, and monitoring solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with support departments to resolve issues reported by inspectors or clients, ensuring effective and practical solutions are implemented at every level.
- LEAN Projects: Take ownership of selected improvement projects with high-value deliverables aimed at reducing lead times, improving product quality, and lowering costs.
Who We Are Looking For
- Final-year engineering student or recent graduate available for a 6-month post-graduate internship.
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to discover new cultures and working environments.
- A genuine interest in exploring Asia and contributing to international operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
You will report directly to the local Operations Manager and have opportunities to travel within Vietnam and possibly beyond for professional growth.
