Operations Director

Founded in 2023, this high-growth services company has scaled from startup to a $30M annualized business in under three years — achieving roughly 100% year-over-year growth. With multiple locations already operating and aggressive growth targets ahead, the business is building senior leadership for its next phase of scale. They are currently seeking a Director of Operations to join their growing team.

Location: Reading, PA

Compensation: $130k - $150k

Role Overview:

This is a hands-on, founding Operations Director role and key member of the executive team, responsible for overseeing multi-location operations, standardizing core business processes, and driving disciplined cross-functional execution.

• Proven operational leadership experience from an in-home services, or similar, company environment
• Experience establishing and formalize operational processes across multiple departments
• Experience supporting a high-growth or early stage company
• Highly adaptable, data-driven, and hands-on working style
