Operational Excellence and Quality Assurance Intern

Support the design and optimization of manufacturing processes under guidance from Operational Excellence team members. Assist in the design, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes for instrument transformers Assist in collecting and analyzing operational data to identify improvement opportunities. Participate in cross-functional team meetings to brainstorm and develop solutions to process challenges. Conduct basic inspections and assist with quality control checks to help ensure products meet required standards. Contribute to Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects by performing research and supporting documentation efforts. Help provide basic technical assistance and training materials for production staff. Support maintaining and continuously improving the Integrated Management System, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards, processes under guidance of QA team members. Support internal audits to ensure compliance and readiness for external certifications
