Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Consultant to join our Property Management consulting team. This role involves delivering strategic advisory services to institutional clients, property owners, and real estate investors to optimize their property management operations, enhance asset performance, and drive operational excellence across diverse real estate portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Advisory Services Conduct comprehensive property management assessments and operational audits for clients across office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use properties. Develop strategic recommendations to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance tenant satisfaction. Lead due diligence activities for property acquisitions and portfolio transactions, evaluating existing management structures and identifying optimization opportunities.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management Serve as primary consultant liaison for assigned client accounts, building trusted advisor relationships with C-suite executives, asset managers, and property owners. Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders through compelling presentations and detailed analytical reports. Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring exceptional client service standards.
Operational Excellence Initiatives Design and implement property management technology solutions, including property management systems, IoT integrations, and data analytics platforms. Develop standardized operating procedures, performance metrics, and benchmarking frameworks to drive consistency across client portfolios. Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and process improvement.
Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership Research industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies affecting property management operations. Contribute to thought leadership content including whitepapers, market reports, and industry presentations. Participate in industry conferences and maintain active engagement with professional networks.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field. MBA or relevant master's degree preferred. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in property management, real estate consulting, or related advisory services. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and performance metrics evaluation.
Demonstrated project management experience with ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously. Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience presenting to senior executives. Professional certifications such as CPM (Certified Property Manager), RPA (Real Property Administrator), or similar credentials preferred.
Technical Competencies
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools. Experience with property management software platforms (Yardi, MRI, Buildium, AppFolio) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI). Knowledge of real estate finance, lease administration, and property accounting principles. Understanding of building systems, maintenance operations, and sustainability initiatives.

Travel Requirements
This position requires approximately 25-40% travel to client sites and industry events, depending on project assignments and client needs.
