L’unité DCM de Lauterbourg recherche un Opérateur/Opératrice Réacteur. Le rythme de travail s’organise en 5x8 sous l’autorité du Coordinateur d’Activité de l’Equipe. 

Responsabilités

Responsabilité sécurité

• Respecter les règles de sécurité, santé et environnement.
• Être responsable de sa sécurité et de celle des autres.
• Utiliser et se conformer aux procédures de l’unité.
• Maintenir son outil de travail et son environnement propres et rangés.
• Assurer une passation de consignes rigoureuse et complète avec les opérateurs montants.
• Être formé et appliquer les règles de sécurité process (détection batch anormale).
• Participer aux formations sécurité et aux exercices de Réponse Immédiate.
• Participer à la mise en sécurité du bâtiment lors des arrêts.
• Participer activement aux programmes Housekeeping et 5S.

Responsabilité du rôle

• Conduire les opérations de fabrication sur les chaînes de production en collaboration avec les autres membres de l’équipe.
• Maîtriser les opérations de filtration et de préparation des matières premières.
• Maîtriser parfaitement toutes les opérations de chargement, de transferts et de contrôle du procédé. Veiller au bon nettoyage des équipements.
• Utiliser les stations de travail déportées (Mobile Worker).
• Prélever les échantillons intermédiaires suivant les stades de fabrication.
• Identifier les anomalies équipements et rédiger les déclarations dans le logbook.
• Respecter les conditions opératoires spécifiées dans les batch cartes et informer les Polyvalents ou le Coordinateur d’Activité Équipe en cas de dérive.
• Appliquer les consignes particulières relatives à une chaîne de fabrication.
• Signaler tout dysfonctionnement au Coordinateur d’Activité d’Équipe ou aux Polyvalents.
• Rédiger des non-conformités en cas d’anomalie (FNC).
• Réaliser de la maintenance de premier niveau selon le programme.

Responsabilités transversales

• Le candidat sera jugé sur sa performance dans son rôle ainsi que sur les compétences transformationnelles (collaborer en vue de résultats de qualité supérieure, diriger avec courage, apporter des solutions innovantes, générer la valeur pour le client) et de savoir-être.

Qualifications

• La connaissance ou l'expérience des produits, du bâtiment, du site et/ou une formation en chimie serait un avantage.
• Un CACES à jour serait un plus.
• CAIC ou qualification dans le pilotage d’une unité industrielle serait un avantage.
