Onsite $31.25/hr. Experienced & Professional Administrative Office Manager ***Scottsdale, AZ***

We’re looking for an experienced Professional Administrative Office Manager who thrives on organization, clear communication, and supporting people behind the scenes. If you’ve coordinated background checks, worked with vendors, and partnered closely with HR, this role puts you at the center of the action where details matter and your impact is felt every day.
Pay: $31.25/hr. Weekly Pay + Benefits
Location: Onsite in N. Scottsdale, AZ 85206
Scheduled: M-F 6:30a-3p (30 min. Lunch)
Responsibilities:
· Coordinates and administers key functions within the office
· Manage office security vendors, including Allied Universal, to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
· Oversee supply management, including pantry and snack budgets, to support employee experience.
· Working directly with the Executive Leadership Team, including calendar management and coordination
· Serve as a liaison for property and office managers, connected with all facility-related operations
· Ensure lease compliance by coordinating with insurance providers and vendors on regular building maintenance
· Work with Human Resources to off-board employees as needed
· Administrator – Concur Systems for new and exiting employees
· Coordinates all mail services
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in office management and administration REQUIRED**
- HR Coordinator experience with handling BG checks and talking to vendors preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated; reacts well to challenges and anticipates needs
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Proficiency with using various tools to administer operational work streams
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- HSD or GED is required
- Must live no more than 30 miles from N. Scottsdale, AZ 85206
