On-Call Front Desk Associate - San Diego

Our success is fueled by a team of nearly 900 dedicated team members who genuinely love what they do and are dedicated to helping homeowners thrive and love where they live.  Action Property Management, the leader in community management, is seeking part-time On-Call Front Desk Associates to join our team to fill in at various luxury associations throughout the assigned area.    Schedule: Shifts vary depending on business needs. You can choose your hours. Sample shifts include: 6:00 AM- 2:30 PM, 11:00 AM- 7:30 PM, 2:00 PM- 10:30 PM, and 10:00 PM- 6:30 AM. On-Call Front Desk Associates have the ability to sign up for open shifts ahead of time and also might be called in for emergency situations. This position will support the San Diego team providing front desk coverage at properties throughout the San Diego area. Must be available to work a minimum of 6 shifts per month. This is a flexible role where you can create your own schedule. Sample shifts include 6:00 AM- 2:30 PM, 11:00 AM- 7:30 PM, 2:00 PM- 10:30 PM, and 10:00 PM- 6:30 AM. Compensation: $21.00 per hour and $27.00 per hour on Action observed holidays. #LI-SW1
