About Oliver Wyman
Oliver Wyman, a Marsh (NYSE: MRSH) business, is a management consulting firm driven by deep industry insight, bold innovation, and a collaborative approach that cuts through complexity to help organizations navigate their most defining transformative moments.
Practice overview
Our Banking & Financial Services and Insurance & Asset Management practices partner with banks, insurers, asset managers, payments providers, wealth managers, and adjacent financial services firms to solve their most complex challenges and unlock transformative opportunities. Combining deep sector specialization and rigorous, fact‑based analysis across retail and wholesale banking, payments, wealth and asset management, reinsurance and capital, and insurance operations, we deliver high‑impact work at the intersection of business strategy, technology, regulation, customer experience, and risk — addressing capital and liquidity management, regulatory compliance, digital and AI‑driven transformation, sustainable finance, and performance improvement.
As part of Marsh, we work alongside the world’s leading experts across risk, reinsurance and capital, people and investments, and management consulting — collaborating with Marsh Risk, Guy Carpenter, and Mercer — to help clients build resilience and competitive advantage from every angle. Marsh’s global scale (over $24 billion in revenue and 90,000+ colleagues across 130 countries) amplifies our reach and impact. In insurance specifically, we partner clients across four transformative moments — customer‑led, performance, deal‑driven, and stakeholder‑led transformation — and, together with our Actuarial team, combine deep industry knowledge and analytical expertise to tackle clients’ toughest problems.
