Oil & Gas Recruiter
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Sourcing:
Source and mobilize blue-collar and white-collar candidates (technicians, operators, supervisors, engineers, etc.) for client requirements.
Build and maintain a strong network of agents, sub-agents, training institutes, and technical colleges across India.
Use job portals (Naukri, Shine, Indeed, etc.), social media, and field visits to identify and attract candidates.
Conduct field visits and recruitment drives in different states as needed to ensure a continuous pipeline of skilled manpower.
Coordinate screening, interviews, trade tests, and selection of candidates as per client needs.
Coordination & Operations:
Work closely with the internal HR and operations teams to ensure timely mobilization and placement of candidates.
Maintain an updated database of available candidates and recruitment partners by trade, skill, and location.
Help boost placement numbers through proactive sourcing and continuous follow-ups.
Ensure compliance with client requirements, documentation, and onboarding processes.
Networking & Relationship Management:
Develop and manage relationships with placement agents, technical training centers, and industry networks.
Identify and onboard new sourcing partners in untapped regions to expand reach.
Maintain strong rapport with field recruiters and candidates to build long-term trust and reliability.
