Lead/Promote to establishment of Safety Culture at Ohta SiteResponsibilities Include:
Ohta Office Safety Promotion Work
- This role focuses on changing employee awareness and fostering a positive organizational culture.
・Instilling management and EHS policies at the workplace level.
・Conducting safety culture assessments (surveys, on-site inspections, interviews).
・Promoting safety contacts, near-miss reporting, and risk assessments.
・Setting, monitoring, and reporting KPIs (Safety Culture Indicators).
・Analyzing the causes of accidents from a human behavior and psychology perspective and developing measures to prevent recurrence.
・Leading the creation of training materials based on external training, implementation plans, and effectiveness verification.
Qualifications:
The following are required for the role
Must
- Ability to communicate with various departments, including on-site staff Ability to understand and implement legal requirements PC skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
Desires
- Experience in safety and health work at a factory, plant, manufacturing site, or construction site University graduate with a major in chemistry
- Ability to speak everyday English
