Your Impact

You will help ensure Supply Chain reporting is accurate, consistent, and trusted—by updating and maintaining supply chain data that supports internal and external reporting needs. 

As part of our team, you will

•    Collate performance data from Sourcing, Procurement, and Accounts Payable for reporting
•    Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting on spend, contract variations, volumes, compliance, and AP metrics
•    Assist with forecasting and reporting development activities
•    Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders
•    Troubleshoot and support teams with reporting and data-related issues 

Prerequisites for your success in this role
  • Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related areas

  • Knowledge of accounting and purchasing processes

  • Familiarity with financial reporting tools and ERP systems (SAP Supply Chain and ARIBA)

  • Desirable: Knowledge of Power BI and other data visualization tools

  • Developing proficiency in data input/processing, data management tools, and presenting insights

  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound practical judgment

  • Team-focused communication: listens actively, clarifies tasks, and seeks/provides feedback
