About the role We are seeking Officer Full Loop Services to join our team in Khlong Toei, Bangkok. This position focuses on end-to-end shipment coordination and documentation to support our customer service excellence. You will play a key role in issuing documents, coordinating with overseas colleagues, and monitoring shipment status to ensure a seamless logistics experience for our clients. What you'll be doing Create BL's and send out to carrier or customer as per request Check and amend the BL’s as per request Coordinate with carrier, customer and agent at destination Investigate the issue of customer to operations side Monitor, check, and follow up the operate email Send out the final documents and other related documents Update status of shipment in the system Create and submit the document in the system and send out to customer/ overseas colleagues Any other tasks assigned by superior
