Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
- Proactively identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to grow the customer's portfolio
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall branch's performance
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the branch
Requirements
- in a customer-facing role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Proficient in using various banking systems and tools
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues
