Please note: this is a full-time position based in our NYC office and requires you to be onsite five days a week.
About the role
You will act as a central interface between all departments of our company and support our entire team in global projects. You’ll be the driving force behind maintaining a positive corporate culture and a pleasant atmosphere in the office. In addition, you’ll ensure a smooth workflow, contributing to process optimization and thus contributing to the company's success.
What you will do
Greet visitors and support internal team needs
Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and general correspondence
Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies
Maintain clean, organized, & inviting workspace
Plan and coordinate team events (holiday parties, summer socials, etc.)
Assist with business travel arrangements—booking, itineraries, expensing
Assist with light administrative tasks (e.g., scanning, printing, filing)
Collaborate with IT/facilities/co-working vendors as needed
