We’re looking for a passionate, energetic, and people-oriented individual to join us in a temporary Office & Employee Experience role covering maternity leave, starting in July 2026, based in our Tel Aviv office (4 days in-office, with flexibility for 5 when needed).
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our Tel Aviv office - owning the day-to-day workplace experience while creating meaningful moments that bring people together and strengthen our culture.

What you’ll do
- Own the day-to-day office experience and ensure everything runs smoothly
- Be the go-to person for employee needs
- Plan and execute events and employee experience initiatives
- Manage vendors, logistics, and office operations
- Work with budgets, track expenses, and manage invoices
- Use modern tools (including AI) to improve workflows and experiences
What you bring
- 1–2 years of experience in office management or HR Operations (startup – a plus)
- Passion for creating experiences and producing impactful events
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven
- A true people person with a positive, can-do attitude
