Office Assistant

As an Office Assistant you will be a key member of the team in our Madrid office and will be the go to person supporting the sales teams with their day-to-day tasks and ensuring smooth operation across the office.

Office Assistant's duties will include but are not limited to: 

  • Assisting the CEO with daily activities
  • Managing the office diary
  • Assisting the wider team with scheduling client meetings
  • Managing travel and accommodation needs and organising training for office as required
  • Overseeing Accounts Payable / Receivables
  • Taking meeting minutes
  • Maintain a clean and organised office area at all times, processing and distributing daily post
  • Maintaining stationary for office
  • Any other ad hoc administration tasks
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Attention to detail

  • Reliable
  • Polite and supportive manner
  • Fluent in English and Spanish

  • 23 days holiday per year
