Your role and responsibilities
• System Management and Audit: Assist in the regular update and maintenance of the company's environment/energy/occupational health management system and conduct legal and regulatory identification and compliance evaluation to ensure compliance with national and local laws and regulations as well as the group's policy requirements; Coordinate and participate in internal and external audits of the system and supervise the implementation of rectification measures.
• Occupational health management: Implement the legal permit of occupational health for new construction, renovation and expansion projects; Establish occupational health surveillance files for employees; organize the annual application for occupational disease hazard projects; conduct detection of occupational disease hazard factors in the workplace, and carry out occupational health physical examinations for employees before they start work, during their employment, and when they leave their posts; Conduct an assessment of the current status of occupational disease hazard factors; Continuously optimize the occupational health management process;
• Environmental compliance management: Assist in the compliance procedures for" environmental protection and pollutant discharge permits for new, renovated and expanded projects; Complete the system filling work required by the government on time; Support and implement the company's monthly/quarterly/annual environmental monitoring, and ensure that all monitoring data and reports are archived; In accordance with the chemical control system, participate in the chemical procurement process, review the list of prohibited and restricted substances for newly added chemicals, and control the use of harmful substances from the source.
• Sustainable development management: Assist in conducting the company's greenhouse gas inventory and verification work, and establish a carbon ledger; Assist in filling out the LSO reports required by the group, and in accordance with the sustainable development goals set by the group, help promote energy conservation and consumption reduction, water resource management, waste reduction and recycling projects, collect and analyze relevant data, and support cost reduction, efficiency improvement and green production; Participate in and assist green factories, zero-landfill waste projects, and other sustainable development projects required by the government;
• Daily monitoring and inspection: Participate in the implementation of occupational health and environmental risk identification, daily/special inspections, and supervise the implementation of rectification measures;
• Emergency Management: Support and plan emergency response plans for environmental incidents and occupational health accidents, and file them in accordance with regulatory requirements; Coordinate and organize relevant emergency drills;
• Training and Promotion: Organize and carry out training related to occupational health and the environment (such as training for occupational health guardians, main responsible persons/managers of occupational health, management of hazardous waste, use of personal protective equipment, and emergency response, etc.) to enhance the compliance awareness of all staff.
Background requirements
• Full-time bachelor's degree or above, majoring in environmental engineering, environmental science, safety, occupational health, sustainable development or related fields; Those with overseas study experience will be given priority.
• Familiar with domestic laws, regulations and standard systems related to environmental protection and occupational health, and possess a good sense of compliance;
• More than 4 years of working experience in manufacturing environmental, occupational health or sustainable development-related positions, capable of independently undertaking module work;
• Possess excellent communication and coordination skills as well as organizational and driving abilities, capable of independently undertaking projects and effectively promoting cross-departmental collaboration;
• Proficient in using various office software, with good written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English;
• Meticulous and rigorous, with a strong sense of responsibility, proactive at work, and possessing excellent execution ability;
