NVS-SHS-REP_ S3 Project Controller
- Responsible for providing precise, on-time, and guideline-compliant project calculations (Customer price, P&L, Cash Flow, Financial KPIs)
- Track EBIT, Targets, Project risks and opportunities
- Analyze contribution margin and propose improvements
- Prepare and present financial summaries and bridges to project team and management
- Prepare and drive capital request for project
- Provide cost breakdowns to Sales
- Support claim calculations and business cases
- Support internal/external change requests and guide the team to meet LOPO and targets
- Actively contribute to cost improvement initiatives
- Perform other activities requested by BD/PM
- Guide the team to comply with Continental procedures and legal requirements (e.g., Open Book Policy)
- Bachelor’s degree required - Business administration preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant industry.
- Project responsible or supporting through various gates during the lifecycle.
- Strong self-motivation and drive to achieve results.
- Open-minded and adaptable to working in multicultural environment.
- Advanced knowledge: MS Office Package- Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, etc, Business English, Communication Skill.
- Expert knowledge: Understanding of Finance & Controling tools and procedures (e.g. ERP systems, Open book Policy, Acquisition Process, Quotation Process, etc..)
