NPI Program Manager

Seoul HQ April 15, 2026 Full Time

About the Role

FuriosaAI is seeking an NPI Program Manager to drive the seamless transition of our AI accelerator cards and server-level solutions from development to global mass production. In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our hardware delivery, bridging the gap between FuriosaAI’s internal R&D (TPM) and external manufacturing partners.

This position requires a unique blend of technical understanding and operational excellence. You will manage the critical productization and ramp-up phase—ensuring material readiness, managing build schedules, and establishing the foundational supply chain for our cutting-edge AI hardware. If you are a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and is excited to define the future of AI infrastructure, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mass Production Readiness: Lead the end-to-end NPI process, ensuring smooth handover from TPMs to global manufacturing partners and aligning validation SOPs for production.

  • Global Partner Management: Act as the primary liaison with external hardware partners to manage build schedules, track material readiness, and ensure timely delivery of pilot and mass production units.

  • Operational Ownership: Accountable for the entire operational flow including PO management, inbound tracking, and inventory control to ensure stable product supply.

  • Cross-functional Coordination: Facilitate NPI meetings with Product, Engineering, and Quality teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks in the production ramp-up phase.

  • Process Optimization: Drive internal process improvements to remove gaps across multiple functions, ensuring scalable and repeatable manufacturing workflows.

  • Technical Documentation: Support the development of clear guidelines for product integration, manufacturing tests, and quality standards in collaboration with technical teams.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent practical experience).

  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

  • Fluency in English for regular meetings and documentation with global partners.

  • Proactive and detail-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn new technologies and hardware concepts.

  • Basic understanding of computer systems, or a strong motivation to learn about AI hardware manufacturing processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a similar role, such as NPI management, technical project management, or supply chain operations.

  • Experience working with hardware or system-level solutions (e.g., servers, cards, or AI accelerators).

  • Familiarity with server manufacturing or integration processes with external partners.

  • Ability to manage projects using structured methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or ERP systems).
