Leading budgeting and forecasting cycles for Supply Chain, Operations, and After Sales, ensuring transparency and reliable, meaningful planning. Turning financial results into clear, actionable insights that support informed decisions and drive performance. Challenging existing processes and structures and look for ways to simplify, automate, and digitalise. Identifying inefficiencies and reducing low-value activities through data-driven problem solving. Supporting ongoing improvement efforts within the controlling landscape by being collaborative, curious, and open to new approaches.
