HR Graduate - 2 Year Programme
Nexperia UK is seeking a proactive and motivated HR Graduate to join our UK Semiconductor Manufacturing site based in Hazel Grove Stockport. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your HR career within a high-tech, fast‑paced environment, supporting a site with 1000+ employees. Over a two-year period this role is designed for you to gain full exposure to HR processes, employee lifecycle activities and cross functional projects, whilst becoming a vital part of a close-knit, collaborative team.
As a HR Graduate at Nexperia you will gain experience in:
Onboarding & Employee Experience
Support the organisation of employee inductions and orientation programmes
Assist in organising employee engagement activities on site
Contribute to initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Employee Support & HR Service Delivery
Work with the HR team to address employee queries and concerns
Support initiatives around diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI)
HR Administration & Data Management
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
Prepare HR metrics and reports for management
Compliance, Policies & Governance
Assist with compliance activities and support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
HR Projects & Continuous Improvement
Contribute to HR projects such as policy reviews, internal communications, or culture initiative
What you will need
Essential requirements:
Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, Law or Social Sciences
Strong communication and organisational skills
Great IT skills including MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Ability to handle confidential information and maintain professionalism
Desire to complete a funded CIPD certification alongside work
Desirable skills:
- Previous experience in a fast paced, customer facing role
- Experience using a HRIS system
- Understanding of basic HR processes (onboarding, ER, recruitment, payroll cycles etc)
