We are seeking a senior strategic leader to oversee the organization’s cloud infrastructure, hosting environments, and data center operations. This role is responsible for driving cloud strategy and modernization initiatives, managing multi-cloud and hybrid environments, and ensuring business continuity and disaster recovery.

The Cloud & Hosting Manager will lead a team of cloud and infrastructure engineers, ensuring the delivery of secure, scalable, cost-efficient, and compliant infrastructure that supports all business applications and services.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and execute the organization’s cloud strategy across multi-cloud and hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

  • Drive cloud migration and modernization initiatives from on-premises infrastructure to scalable cloud platforms.

  • Design secure, resilient, and high-performing cloud architectures aligned with business needs.

  • Manage and mentor a team of cloud, infrastructure, and DevOps engineers, fostering a high-performance culture.

  • Oversee day-to-day cloud and hosting operations, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and scalability.

  • Implement and manage ITSM processes (incident, problem, change, and capacity management) using ServiceNow.

  • Optimize cloud costs through governance, monitoring, and financial management practices.

  • Establish and enforce cloud governance policies, including access control, tagging, and resource provisioning.

  • Ensure infrastructure security and compliance with standards such as ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR, and others.

  • Lead disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity (BC) planning, ensuring defined RTO/RPO targets are met.

  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs with cloud and hosting providers.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to align infrastructure with business goals.

  • Present strategic updates, roadmaps, and investment proposals to senior leadership.

What You Will Need

  • 10+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, hosting, or data center operations.

  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams and large-scale infrastructure environments.

  • Proven experience in multi-cloud and hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

  • Strong track record in cloud migration, modernization, and infrastructure transformation projects.

  • Deep expertise in cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS EC2, S3, RDS; Azure VMs, App Services; GCP Compute Engine).

  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Bicep.

  • Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

  • Solid understanding of networking, security, IAM, and cloud architecture best practices.

  • Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.

  • Familiarity with ITIL practices and ServiceNow ITSM platform.

  • Strong experience in cloud cost optimization and financial management tools.

  • In-depth knowledge of security and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR, etc.).

  • Experience in disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity planning.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly insights.
