Job Description

• Responsible for timely Vendor invoice booking with cost centres.
• Assist in Vendor Management and ensuring statutory compliance of TDS, GST on vendor invoices booked.
• Preparing the schedules and data needed for the statutory and internal audit.
• Posting General entries related to payment made to vendors and reconciliation of vendor accounts.
• Assist in developing and maintaining finance and accounting policies in alignment with statutory requirements and systems of internal controls to safeguard the financial assets of the organization.
• Maintains Expense Receipts and Disbursement Reports.
• Ensure documentation and approval as per Company Policy, before accounting and releasing the payments to vendors.

• Basic Qualifications
• Any Graduate/ Post Graduate with minimum 3 years of Work Experience.\
• Mandatory SAP knowledge
• Eye for detail.
• Excellent MS Excel Skill
• Highest Level of Ethics and Integrity.
• Good communication skills to interact with Senior Leader team and employees
• Should be able to multitask and give timely result.
