Network Security Engineer - Director- Cyber Security Engineering
We’re seeking someone to join our CDRR Technology team as a Network Security Engineer, in Cyber to provide daily operation and support network access control solutions across the firm.

This is Director position that provides specialist cyber expertise and creates solutions that protect the organization's systems and networks against actual and potential security threats and vulnerabilities.

What you’ll do in the role:
- Perform security deployment of Network Access Control (NAC) solutions and monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to discuss and design the integration.- Create network diagrams and related documentation.
- Present designs and solutions to wide audience, including peers in technology and senior management.
- Create new operational procedures and run books.
- Independently and methodically work through problems and have a level of rigor around decision making and documentation.
- Collaborate with project managers and members of the enterprise networking, enterprise computing, end-user computing, and tech risk organizations.
- Participate in oncall rotation for maintenance of network security platforms, including weekend shift
What you’ll bring to the role:
At least 4 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
Experience with Network Access Control (NAC) technologies, including 802.1x, MAC Authentication Bypass (MAB) and TrustSec, on vendor products like Cisco ISE, Forescout or Armis- Experience with Cisco access switching and wireless platform, including Cisco Catalyst switches and Wireless LAN controllers (WLC)- Network automation and scripting (Python, Ansible, bash/shell scripts, integration with third-party vendor APIs)
Monitoring and troubleshooting of networking issues- Large-scale network security design and documentation, including in the financial industry
Basic networking knowledge, e.g. networking protocols, TCP/IP, etc.
