The Network Engineer is responsible for the day-to-day operation, monitoring, and maintenance of the company’s network infrastructure supporting critical customer-facing applications across global datacenters and cloud environments. This role is ideal for an early-career engineer with strong networking fundamentals who is eager to grow, take ownership, and gain exposure to enterprise-scale networks. The Network Engineer serves as a primary point of contact for network-related support, works closely with internal teams, participates in scheduled maintenance windows, and contributes to network implementation and improvement projects.

This role is ideal for an early-career engineer with strong networking fundamentals who is eager to grow, take ownership, and gain exposure to enterprise-scale networks. The Network Engineer serves as a primary point of contact for network-related support, works closely with internal teams, participates in scheduled maintenance windows, and contributes to network implementation and improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor network performance and respond to alerts and incidents Troubleshoot network, hardware, and software issues through resolution Implement configuration changes using established change control processes Install, configure, rack, and cable network and server equipment Support datacenter and facilities provisioning, including power and cabling Assist with network provisioning such as IP assignments and circuit turn-ups Support security policy enforcement using multi-vendor solutions Maintain operational documentation and procedures Participate in weekly maintenance windows (Tuesdays at 3:00 AM ET) Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation Travel to datacenters as needed Basic Qualifications:
2–3 years of experience with networking fundamentals and protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP Experience with network operating systems such as Cisco IOS or NX-OS Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience Ability to work onsite at datacenters and the Philadelphia, PA office as needed Strong communication skills and a desire to learn in a production environment Preferred Qualifications:
Networking certifications such as CCNA, JNCIA, or similar Experience with firewalls, preferably Palo Alto Familiarity with datacenter environments and physical infrastructure Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment
