At DHL IT Services, network connectivity and security are critical enablers of our global operations. Our Network Team is growing, and we are looking for a Network Analyst to join us in Heredia, Costa Rica. In this role, you will support, design, and implement secure and reliable network connectivity solutions that enable seamless communication between DHL and third-party partners worldwide.

As a Network Analyst, you will provide technical expertise and operational support across a wide range of network and security technologies. You will work closely with internal customers, telecom operations, and external vendors to deliver end-to-end connectivity solutions that meet business and security requirements.

Working in a multinational environment, advanced spoken and written English is essential, as well as the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Candidates must have a valid Costa Rican cédula and be able to work onsite in Heredia, Costa Rica.

 Your Background Includes:

Technical Skills:

·                Knowledge of TCP/IP protocol

·                Knowledge of protocols like HTTP, HTTPS,FTP, DNS

·                Network security concepts

·                Knowledge on network security technologies firewalls, bigips, VPNs, proxy

·                Basic knowledge of scripting

·                Knowledge of computer networking

Soft Skills:

·                Ability to work independently and under workload preasure

·                Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders

·                Excellent communication, prioritization and organization skills

·                Highly proficient in spoken and written English

Your Day To Day Responsibilities Include:

·                Support Telecom Operation departments in the delivery of properly engineered network connectivity solutions between DPDHL and 3rd parties.

·                Provide problem solving and support for all intranet/internet Telecommunication services and liaising with appropriate external vendors to ensure all Telecommunication services are maintained and operated to set service levels

·                Provide project support, technical consultancy, and implementation of network connectivity solutions into the existing infrastructure

·                Gather customer requests and manage end-to-end delivery of the solution

·                Provide secure network connectivity solutions using firewalls, forward and reverse proxies, IPSEC VPN, application delivery controllers etc.

·                Provide troubleshooting and support for intranet/internet telecommunication services and liaising with stakeholders to ensure services are delivered within SLAs

·                Ensure all solutions implemented follow the agreed standards

·                Recommend new security services and subsequent implementation into the infrastructure, ensuring minimum disruption and impact to the business
