JOB DESCRIPTION 

Role Overview 

The Account Growth Associate will work directly under the Presales & Solutioning Manager to support the management and growth of Neolytix's existing client portfolio. This is a relationship-support and growth-enablement role — focused on identifying upselling and cross-sell opportunities across Neolytix's service lines, facilitating structured client communications for maximum impact. 

The incumbent will act as a force multiplier for the Presales Manager — handling the coordination, data, and communication work that enables high-value opportunity conversations. 

Key Responsibilities 

Client Communication & Engagement Support 

  • Draft, format, and send structured client communications (emails, follow-up notes, summary recaps) under the guidance of the Presales Manager 

  • Maintain a calendar of touchpoints with existing accounts and ensure timely, professional follow-through 

  • Prepare meeting agendas, pre-read documents, and post-meeting summaries for all client interactions 

  • Coordinate scheduling of discovery calls, review meetings, and upselling presentations with clients and internal stakeholders 

Account Intelligence & Data Management 

  • Build and maintain account profiles — capturing service usage, key contacts, contract renewal dates, and open opportunities 

  • Track and document upsell and cross-sell signals from client interactions and flag them to the Presales Manager 

  • Manage and update CRM or tracking tools with accurate, current account data 

  • Compile performance data and usage reports to support account review conversations 

Presentation & Proposal Support 

  • Support the Presales Manager in building tailored presentations and proposals for existing clients 

  • Prepare leave-behind materials, one-pagers, and service showcases for cross-sell discussions 

  • Maintain a library of reusable presentation assets, case studies, and service collateral 

Internal Coordination 

  • Liaise with delivery, operations, and marketing teams to gather information needed for client-facing materials 

  • Track open action items from client meetings and coordinate resolution across internal teams 

  • Support reporting to the Presales Manager on pipeline status, account health, and meeting outcomes

Required Qualifications 

Education 

  • Graduate from a reputed university or college (any discipline) 

  • Strong academic foundation in business, communications, healthcare, or related fields preferred 

Skills — Must Have 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English 

  • Strong presentation skills — ability to create clear, well-structured slides and documents 

  • Data management and basic analysis skills — proficient in Excel/Google Sheets 

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously 

  • Comfortable working with CRM tools, email platforms, and collaboration software 

  • Solution-oriented mindset — ability to understand client problems and connect them to service offerings 

Experience 

  • 0–3 years of experience in a client-facing, coordination, or business support role 

  • Exposure to B2B communication or professional client servicing is an advantage 

Good to Have 

  • Experience in sales support, account management, or inside sales 

  • MBA or postgraduate qualification (Marketing, Business, or Healthcare Management preferred) 

  • Familiarity with US healthcare operations or BPO/KPO industry 

  • Prior exposure to proposal writing, bid support, or presales environments
