Narrative Designer

We are seeking a Curriculum Storyteller / Narrative Designer to design and write engaging stories that bring Sparks’ children’s curriculum to life. This role will craft characters, adventures, and worlds that align with our structured learning programs, making education fun, interactive, and inspiring for children ages 3–15. You will collaborate with the curriculum development team to create a story-driven progression system (levels, quests, milestones) that enhances both motivation and learning outcomes.

Job Description :
- Develop overarching storylines and world-building concepts that align with Sparks’ multi-level curriculum.
- Create characters, heroes, mascots, and villains that students can follow throughout their learning journey.
- Write short scripts, dialogues, and narratives for lesson books, activity sheets, and digital content.
- Collaborate with curriculum designers to embed stories into lesson milestones (e.g., completing a level = unlocking a new world).
- Partner with graphic designers/illustrators to ensure characters and visuals match the narrative.
- Suggest creative twists to keep students motivated (plot twists, mini-quests, story-driven challenges).
- Ensure stories are age-appropriate, fun, and culturally relevant for Indonesian students.

Requirements :
- Strong background in creative writing, storytelling, or scriptwriting (children’s books, animation, or games).
- At least 2-3+ experience as a writer, scriptwriter, narrative designer, or children’s content creator.
- Able to write in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (English is a Plus Point).
- Passion for children’s education and creative learning.
- Familiarity with gamification, storytelling in learning, or curriculum design is a plus.
- Creative, imaginative, and structured thinker who can deliver consistent storylines across multiple levels.
