Overview:
The Area Market Development Manager will be responsible for driving market growth, expanding user base, and strengthening engagement with contractors, masons, architects, and retail partners within assigned territories. The role focuses on execution excellence, relationship building, and achieving defined business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive and motivate the team to achieve territory targets
Develop and maintain strong retail site funnel
Conduct retail project demos and sampling activities
Ensure retention of existing Silver & Gold users
Drive growth in Rishtha points for existing users
Expand network by onboarding new Silver & Gold users
Execute contractor schemes through enrollments and follow-ups
Map mason networks and manage engagement activities
Increase premium product scans at user and territory level
Manage new and existing user enrollments & verifications
Resolve user issues related to Rishtha program
Increase active user base within the territory
Engage and activate zero-scan Rishtha masons
Build relationships with B/C class architects, engineers, and interior designers
Generate site-level product approvals and drive architect schemes
Plan and execute promotional meets and follow-ups
Lead product placement and display initiatives
Key Deliverables (KRAs):
Achieve retention and points growth of Silver & Gold users
Meet premium product scan growth targets
Deliver contractor scheme targets
Achieve retail lead generation and conversion goals
Secure site/specification approvals from architects
Execute promotional meets as per targets

Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
Essential: Graduate
Preferred: B.Tech / MBA
Experience:
4–5 years in site working, influencer engagement, or channel sales
Skills Required:
Strong stakeholder management (contractors, masons, influencers)
Good communication and persuasion skills
Experience in field execution and scheme management
Analytical and target-driven mindset
