Product Manager
About Muvr
Muvr is building the future of on-demand logistics and moving services. Our platform connects customers, drivers, and partners through seamless booking, pricing, matching, and fulfillment experiences. In a marketplace business, product is not just about shipping features. Product is how we improve trust, reliability, and unit economics while making the experience simpler for customers and more effective for operators.
Role Overview
The Product Manager owns product initiatives that improve customer and driver outcomes while increasing marketplace performance and operational efficiency. You will identify the highest-impact problems, define product strategy and requirements, and lead cross-functional execution with Engineering, Design, Operations, SupportOps, Growth, and Data.
This role is for someone who combines strong product judgment with operating rigor: clear priorities, high-quality requirements, measurable success metrics, and disciplined execution. You will report to Product leadership and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities
1) Product Strategy and Roadmap
- Define product priorities aligned with company goals, user needs, and marketplace performance.
- Own the roadmap for key customer, driver, and operational workflows.
- Identify high-impact opportunities using product data, user research, support trends, and operational insights.
- Make tradeoffs that protect customer trust, service reliability, marketplace health, and unit economics.
2) Execution and Delivery
- Lead cross-functional execution from discovery through launch, measurement, and iteration.
- Write clear PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
- Partner with Engineering and Design to ship high-quality product improvements on predictable timelines.
- Drive clarity on scope, dependencies, risks, and decisions when priorities shift.
3) Customer, Driver, and Marketplace Insights
- Build a deep understanding of customer, driver, and operator pain points through research, shadowing, feedback, and performance data.
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights to guide prioritization and solution design.
- Balance supply, demand, trust, safety, and unit economics in product decisions.
- Partner with Ops and SupportOps to ensure product design reflects real-world workflows and constraints.
4) Experimentation and Measurement
- Design experiments, pilots, and rollout plans to validate ideas and reduce execution risk.
- Define and track success metrics such as conversion, fulfillment rate, cancellation rate, repeat usage, NPS or CSAT, retention, and contact rate.
- Monitor post-launch performance, diagnose issues quickly, and iterate based on results.
- Document learnings so successful patterns scale and failures improve future decision-making.
5) Cross-Functional Collaboration and Launch Readiness
- Partner closely with Ops, SupportOps, Growth, Data, Finance, and other stakeholders as needed.
- Ensure smooth launches through training, SOP updates, release notes, stakeholder alignment, and escalation paths.
- Communicate priorities, timelines, tradeoffs, and decisions clearly to leadership and partner teams.
- Build alignment early and reduce churn caused by unclear direction or shifting expectations.
6) AI-Enabled Productivity and Execution
- Use AI tools thoughtfully to improve productivity, research speed, documentation quality, and execution efficiency.
- Apply AI responsibly to support analysis, synthesis, planning, and workflow improvement while maintaining sound judgment, product quality, and accuracy.
