Role overview

The Operations Analyst supports Muvr’s Operations team by turning data into insights that improve marketplace performance, efficiency, and customer experience. This role is highly analytical and execution-oriented, working closely with Operations, Product, Revenue, and Finance to identify issues, measure impact, and support operational decision-making.

This role reports to Operations leadership and partners cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track operational performance.
• Monitor key metrics such as fulfillment, on-time performance, cancellations, costs, and NPS.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and root causes in operational data.

Operational Insights & Problem Solving

• Analyze operational issues and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Support deep dives on marketplace health, supply-demand balance, and service quality.
• Quantify the impact of operational changes, experiments, and process improvements.

Cross-Functional Support

• Partner with Operations, Product, and Revenue teams to support initiatives with data and analysis.
• Help define success metrics and measurement plans for new features or process changes.
• Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.

Process & Tooling Improvement

• Improve data quality, definitions, and reporting processes.
• Help automate recurring reports and analyses.
• Support documentation of metrics and operational definitions.

Qualifications

Required

• 2–5+ years of experience in operations analytics, business analytics, or similar roles.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, spreadsheets, and BI tools.
• Experience working with large datasets and operational metrics.
• Ability to clearly communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and bias toward action.

Preferred

• Experience in marketplaces, logistics, mobility, or on-demand platforms.
• Experience partnering with operations or product teams.
• Familiarity with experimentation or A/B testing frameworks.
