Today, we are seeking a versatile Coordinator to join our Music Marketing Team. This role will work to support our team across marketing campaign priorities with a special focus on operations and execution. Music Marketing is a team of strategic thinkers that plays a critical role in defining and driving Spotify’s strategy around new and existing content, focused on music and cultural experiences. We are the main liaisons to the Artist & Label Partnerships team for all marketing work in support of frontline releases & music culture marketing campaigns that help drive key brand metrics Spotify.

What You'll Do
Collaborate with Music Marketing Managers and cross-functional partners on artist marketing plans and campaign execution.
Work closely with partners across Music, Media, Influencer, Social, Experiential, Comms, Legal, and On-Platform Marketing teams to create integrated, impactful and robust go-to-market plans.
Work with internal data teams to track success of our campaigns across channels and report back on results.
Oversee always-on artist support across key channels.
Work with the Rights & Clearance team to support ongoing clearance + licensing requests.
Work with Operations Manager to create efficiencies for the wider team, eliminate barriers to execution through process, and help maintain accurate team budgets through quarterly reconciliations and system improvements.
Communicate regularly with XFN stakeholders to ensure alignment on campaigns, processes and capitalize on opportunities to collaborate.
Who You Are
You are passionate about Music culture and the ways that it comes to life for fans in both North America and abroad.
You have at least 1+ years of experience in a marketing or partnerships role within the music or entertainment space.
You are highly organized and an effective communicator who can collaborate well with others.
You are proactive and action oriented; you seek to find solutions as soon as you identify opportunities for improvement.
You are curious, creative and unafraid to take calculated risks, proactively seeking opportunities to learn and present new campaign opportunities.
You are okay to travel when needed for content shoots and/or experiential marketing executions.
You have excellent attention to detail and a mix of both analytical and creative thinking, coupled with the ability to problem solve dynamically.
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and finding clarity within ambiguity.
Where You'll Be
This role is based in New York.
We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home
We ask that you come in 2-3 times per week.
