I'm an artist. I'm a person that likes to create things and take a step back to say I built that. Multiplex invests in education for those new to the industry. The opportunity to work all over the world to make a positive name for myself is one reason I chose Multiplex.
My advice for your application: Be honest with the information you provide, smile in the interview stages, and above all try to ask questions about the company at the end.

The Broadway
I chose Multiplex because along with being a successful, globally recognised organisation, who construct iconic buildings around the world – they care about our environment and making a positive impact. That is the type of company I want to be a part of and grow in.
My advice for your application: As well as making sure you do your research on the company and ensuring that you are well prepared by showing your depth, breadth and knowledge - don’t be afraid to show your personality too!

Lasini was drawn to Multiplex for its reputation in delivering complex projects.
As a graduate, the program structure has offered her exposure to diverse areas of construction and the chance to make a real impact.
Through her current site rotation she’s developed strong communication and problem-solving skills while coordinating safety and quality with stakeholders.
Located regionally on the South Coast has deepened her understanding of regional communities and inspired new hobbies, enriching both her personal and professional life.
Most importantly, I've had the chance to work alongside talented people and form connections that will last a lifetime.

Queensland University of Technology
Josh was inspired by Multiplex’s transformation of city skylines and joined the business to gain practical experience early in his career.
Currently working in Contract Administration he values the responsibilities of managing his own works packages and learning about the tendering process.
His current project is a data centre which he finds different and challenging as there are a multitude of project specific requirements that aren’t typical on other projects.
He enjoys building relationships and the collaborative nature of project teams.
During my time at Multiplex I have gained invaluable exposure as to how we collaborate with contractors and consultants to deliver projects
