Multichannel Media Lead
About The Job This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a high-impact role as our Multichannel Media Lead, where strategy meets execution and data-driven media drives real brand growth. Reporting to the Head of Digital & Media, this role serves as the primary in-house media specialist and authoritative resource for multichannel media within the organization. The individual will collaborate directly with brand marketers, critically evaluate agency proposals, and convert business objectives into effective, performance-driven media strategies. In this position, you will excel within a dynamic and cooperative setting, linking consumer marketing, healthcare professional marketing, retail media, analytics, and agency partners to achieve comprehensive and integrated results across the entire funnel. Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Act as the in-house multichannel media consultant, translating brand objectives into clear media strategies, KPIs, audience approaches, and channel plans Shape annual integrated media plans, embedding performance channels into the broader marketing ecosystem Provide data-backed recommendations on channel selection aligned to audience insights and campaign objectives Own the day-to-day relationship with media agencies, driving performance, efficiency, and innovation Lead weekly performance reviews, QBRs, and post-campaign analysis Act as a connector across brand, HCP, retail media, eCommerce, and analytics teams Champion test-and-learn frameworks across creative, audiences, and landing pages Ensure best-practice tracking, tagging, and measurement Drive MMM approaches and continuous improvements in ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates About You As an analytical, commercially savvy, and persuasive communicator, you are confident in influencing stakeholders at all levels. Your hands-on mastery of performance media is complemented by an unwavering drive for continuous improvement. You bring passion, vision, and expertise to every campaign, ready to lead our multichannel media strategies to new heights. Ideally, you will have: 3–5 years’ experience in multichannel media (agency or in-house) Hands-on expertise across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, DOOH, and CTV Strong media analytics capability (Google Analytics / Adobe Analytics; Power BI desirable) Proven experience managing media agencies Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills Experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Retail or similar environments is desirable About Us ABOUT US We truly value our Danoners and strive to make their experience exceptional by creating a positive and fulfilling environment for everyone.
