Responsibilities: 1. Act as the main point of contact for Tencent’s overseas invested game studios, including their R&D and operations teams, providing comprehensive support for the rational use of multi-cloud resources. This includes resource planning, deployment, optimization, and daily operations and maintenance. 2. Liaise with Tencent’s overseas technical review team for games, establish and continuously optimize multi-cloud infrastructure-related review standards, and promote mutual understanding, solution implementation, and continuous improvement between overseas invested studios and Tencent’s internal teams. 3. Address various technical issues related to network and infrastructure encountered in the daily operations of overseas invested studios, providing professional solutions. These include: multi-cloud resource orchestration and automation, multi-cloud network interconnection and carrier network quality optimization, network attack protection and security hardening, resource planning and cost optimization, operations and maintenance deployment, monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting. 4.
