What You ll Do

• Rapid Prototyping: Build and iterate on UI/UX solutions using ReactJS and TypeScript . We value getting it in front of users over perfect solution - utilizing rapid prototyping techniques to validate ideas in days, not weeks.

• Agile Backend: Develop high-performance microservices in Java . Focus on building architecture to support scale while maintaining the flexibility to pivot quickly.

• AI Tools: Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and code quality.

• Bias for Action: Lead with a "speed of execution" attitude. You will own features end-to-end and take full accountability for delivering them successfully.

• Bring your expertise in Data Structures and Algorithms or comparable experience to maintain memory efficiency and high performance in our applications.

Requirements

• Education: B.Tech/ MS or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related fields, or software development experience.

• At least 2 years of work experience in building modern we b applications and familiarity with browser-based debugging and performance profiling.

• Strong computer science fundamentals with a solid understanding of software architecture & design patterns .

• Excellent problem-solving and creative troubleshooting abilities

• Strong communication and collaboration skills .

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt under pressure and Eagerness to learn, grow, and take ownership .

Nice to have:

Experience with modern DevOps tools like Docker , Kubernetes , and Terraform to enable scalable containerization, orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code within the CI/CD lifecycle.
