IDEX is hiring for an MSS Core (Legacy) Account Manager. The job involves managing customer accounts, building relationships, and promoting sales and profitability. The ideal candidate has a BS in Business or Engineering and 3 years of experience in technical product manufacturing.

Requirements

  • BS in Business or Engineering / related field or equivalent job experience; MBA is a plus
  • 3 years of work experience in technical product manufacturing company
  • Proven ability to offer new perspectives and insights based on in-depth industry and customer knowledge
  • Proven ability to educate customers about challenges
  • Proven success in developing customers, to profitably growth the business
  • Ability to read & interpret engineering drawings, standards, and specifications
  • Ability to work independently as a remote employee
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management and time management skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills
  • Able to build strong relationships with customers, employees, and management
  • Solid business acumen, management reporting, and problem solving
