Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Calypso Front Office Consultant with strong expertise in front-to-back implementation, trading systems, and risk management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering scalable Calypso solutions across multiple asset classes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support Calypso Front Office solutions
• Lead end-to-end Calypso implementations (Front, Middle, Back Office)
• Configure and manage risk systems (ERS, Limits, VaR setup)
• Integrate Calypso with external systems such as Bloomberg, Reuters, TOMS, Deal Tracker
• Develop and customize solutions using Java and Calypso APIs
• Handle market data, pricing, and curve configuration
• Work on greenfield and new product implementations
• Troubleshoot integration, performance, and system issues
• Support P&L, accounting, and trade lifecycle processes

Technical Skills Required

• Strong experience with Calypso architecture, modules, APIs (v15.2+)
• Hands-on experience in Java (1.7+) – OOPs, Collections, Multithreading
• Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL and Calypso data model
• Experience with JBoss and Gradle
• Strong understanding of Open API / integration patterns
• Experience with system integrations:
  • Bloomberg SAPI
  • Reuters
  • TOMS
  • Deal Tracker
• Good understanding of network/server-level troubleshooting
