Junior Marketing Coordinator
- Coordinate and execute integrated 360° marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate implementation across all channels (digital, OOH, retail, PR, and events).
- Work with internal teams, retailers and external agencies (production, digital, PR, design), ensuring alignment, follow-up, and delivery excellence.
- Oversee the implementation of point-of-sale (POS) materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines across all retail partners and locations.
- Collaborate closely with retailers and commercial teams to support digital campaigns, in-store activations, product launches, and seasonal initiatives.
- Coordinate PR and influencer marketing efforts, including partnerships, seeding, content creation and brand experiences.
- Support the planning and execution of events and brand activations, ensuring seamless operations and excellent brand representation.
- Partner with design teams and agencies to manage creative development processes, including briefing, feedback, and approvals.
- Monitor campaign execution and ensure continuous follow-up on timelines, deliverables, and performance.
- Develop and deliver post-campaign reports, analyzing KPIs and providing actionable insights.
- Maintain and manage marketing calendars, timelines, and project tracking tools.
- Assist budget coordination, control and efficiency of its spending.
- Ensure all initiatives are aligned with global brand standards and local market needs.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance campaign impact, optimize processes, and improve cross-functional collaboration.
- Act as a problem-solver, anticipating challenges and proposing effective, timely solutions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in a marketing coordination or execution role, preferably within fashion, retail, or luxury/lifestyle brands.
- Complete English and Spanish proficiency.
- Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns and agency relationships.
- Superior organizational and project management skills, integrity, and great follow up on tasks.
- Basic design knowledge is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive computer skills including Microsoft Office
