Zhang Haiqin, an environmental engineering graduate, began her journey with Continental as a production supervisor in 2019. After joining the eXplore program, she transitioned to HR TMOD, where she now leverages her technical expertise to drive innovative human resources strategies and foster a culture of collaboration and growth.

My name is Tarra Vamsikrishna from India. I am now working as a Maintenance Engineer and leading some very exciting local projects.

The summer I discovered my new passion, I had been through a difficult time: two years earlier, I had lost my husband to cancer. This was followed by many ups and downs until I found my way in life again. Fortunately, I had many wonderful colleagues at my side who supported me through this. 

Initially, I perceived Continental Petaling Jaya as a small factory, unaware of the global scope and technological responsibilities handled by our IT HUB.

Growing up only 15 miles east of Continental’s largest tire manufacturing facility in the U.S., Mt. Vernon, IL, Brooke Strothmann recently celebrated her 10-year anniversary with the company. 

It was during a business trip to Cuenca (Ecuador) where I woke up to what great things the team has achieved and I decided to write down my part of the story. I will tell it along some of my most favorite quotes / book titles as they guide my way.

I’m Natasha and recently moved from being an intern to a permanent role. A few more steps and I will also have my bachelor degree in software engineering from University of Kuala Lumpur.
