Mold Process Engineer

Qualifications Engineer or technician with over 10 years of experience in plastic injection and molding. Mold setup, startup, and troubleshooting Process optimization and cycle time improvement Strong knowledge of: Injection molding processes (plastic materials behavior, shrinkage, cooling, etc.) Mold design basics and tooling concepts Fluent English Responsibilities Optimize and stabilize injection molding parameters. Ensure product quality and analyze process deviations. Lead mold trials and industrialization activities. Improve productivity, cycle time, and scrap rate. Provide technical support to production teams.
