Sales Associate Responsibilities

• Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits accurately

• Build and maintain client relationships via phone, email, internet leads, and showroom traffic

• Present pricing options and negotiate professionally

• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale

• Conduct business ethically and professionally

• Participate in ongoing product knowledge and sales training

Sales Associate Qualifications

• Self-motivated with a strong customer-first mindset

• Sales or commission-based experience (retail, hospitality, or automotive preferred)

• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills

• Valid driver’s license required
