MIH Paramedic: Monday - Friday Schedule

Our company culture is centered around the belief that every individual deserves prompt and professional medical attention delivered with empathy and respect.   The Mobile Integrated Health (MIH) Paramedic delivers high-quality, patient-centered medical care in the home setting as part of our Mobile Integrated Healthcare (MIH) program.  This role extends clinical services beyond traditional emergency response by providing scheduled, proactive, and post-discharge care to patients in collaboration with healthcare providers.  The MIH Paramedic works closely with healthcare organizations, physician groups and accountable care organizations (ACOs) to reduce unnecessary emergency department utilization, prevent hospital readmissions, and improve overall patient outcomes. This position requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering compassionate care directly to patients in their homes.
