You will be:
- designing, developing, and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter,
- implementing best practices for clean, reusable, and maintainable code,
- optimising app performance for various devices and screen sizes,
- collaborating with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define app requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences,
- working closely with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow, implementing third-party libraries, tools and SDKs as needed.
Your profile:
- at least 3+ years of experience in mobile app development, including at least 2 years with Flutter,
- understanding of mobile design patterns (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, MVVM, etc.),
- experience with State Management, asynchronous programming, and app lifecycle,
- knowledge of mobile app architecture, RESTful APIs, and JSON,
- practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery,
- English – at least B2+ level.
Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
Nice to have:
- experience integrating with Firebase, GraphQL, or cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure),
- knowledge of native Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) development,
- experience in performance optimization and mobile security,
- experience with app distribution and publishing to App Store and Google Play,
- experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily work,
- interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. agent-based workflows, automation patterns, AI-augmented development), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches.
