SUMMARY: The position leads the team towards fulfillment of tax obligations for the legal entities existing on the CAS Region (Colombia, Costa Rica, Chile, Peru, Paraguay), as well as strong knowledge about Mexican Tax Rules (Income Tax, VAT and Withholdings) and Audit responses to the Tax Authorities; as well as creating and executing strategies in coordination with Corporate Tax Group in order to generate tax efficiencies and improvements.
